The NFPA program:
For qualifying organizations, Corporate Printing will donate 10% of their purchases from us (see exemptions below) back to that organization every six months in the form of credit to be used on future print projects. It is not transferable for cash, nor can it be redeemed by any other organization. The organization’s account must be in good standing to receive their credit.
Exemptions: Tax, postage, shipping, or if reduced pricing has already been applied to a project
Earning additional credits from Friends of the Organization:
By referring its friends to Corporate Printing, not-for-profit organizations can earn additional credit. These Friends of the Organization must state their intentions to participate in the program and may choose only one qualifying not-for-profit per calendar year. 10% of all printing (see exemptions above) purchased by the Friend of the Organization through Corporate Printing will be donated in the form of credit for future print projects. The Friend of the Organization must remain in good credit standing with Corporate Printing to qualify.
If the approved Friend of the Organization is also a qualifying not-for-profit, it may participate in one of two ways:
-
The organization can sign on as a Friend and forfeit its right to the 10% donation for its own projects, donating instead to the referring agency.
-
It can sign on as a participating not-for-profit, reserving the 10% for its own use and referring other groups as Friends.
Qualifying credits will be awarded in January and July. Statements will be issued describing the credit available to each organization.
Corporate Printing reserves the right to make necessary changes to the Not-for-Profit Assistance program. All qualifying participants will be informed in writing if changes occur.
